How did we help some of our clients?

Systems for stock-taking with the usage of devices with Android operating system.

QR codes and RFID tags scanning. The system allows for generating documents in ERP systems.

In cooperation with our partner TURCK company, we have created a solution for managing stock levels by RFID tags or QR codes with the usage of terminals with Android operating system. The application has been installed on handheld devices with RFID hardware.

It allows for:

  • reading, editing and saving data directly on RFID tags or through QR code in system database,
  • stating needs of items to an operator on production lines, and then sending this data to a warehouse.
    Implementation of the above system improved the operation of the production line through smooth delivery of missing elements (from a warehouse to production line).

Systems for machine breakdown prediction on a production line

Wireless vibration sensors, which data is collected and analysed by the system, are installed in the most crucial parts on the production line. If records are above average, the system will immediately notify technicians.

For our long-term client, we have prepared software that collects data from vibration sensors and allows for precise vibration rate measurement and other crucial parameters in machine diagnosis (peak value, acceleration, speed, temperature, kurtosis). Measurements made by the sensors allow for the analysis of machine condition, assessment of mechanical backlash or bearing failure without the need to know a machine’s work history. We have prepared a dedicated system for the analysis of these parameters, that allows to transform measured values into charts, and then present them on a user-friendly interface. The interface shows the actual data and parameters in real-time and therefore, it is possible to set the same alarm thresholds. In case of exceeding critical values, the system sends SMS or E-MAIL to the person responsible for stopping the machine.

System allows for:

  • real-time machine monitoring and collecting data,
  • predicting and preventing machine downbreaks, and at the same time eliminating production line downtime.

Systems for managing resources based on vision data analytics

One of the uses of the system was to manage parking lots and barrier gates by recognising number plates.

For one of our partners, we have created a system for managing parking lots, based on number plate analysis data from cameras placed near barrier gates.

Additional mobile application allows for taking photos of a vehicle’s number plate and thus, controlling payments.

Due to the implementation of machine learning it is possible to:
accurately recognise vehicle number plate data in various weather conditions.
It means cost reduction of the parking lots service, reducing the time a vehicle spends waiting on barrier gates, vehicle verification on parking lots or in warehouses, video history presenting a particular vehicle from the beginning of its movements. The system also allows users to connect with other databases in order to find information about a particular vehicle as well as full cooperation between other systems.

Systems for location monitoring and route reports

Based on Bluetooth beacon data installed on panels, shopping carts and in employees ID cards.

We have created a system for beacon tracking (Bluetooth low energy) on a map. Beacons are small devices we place on a particular object e.g. shopping cart, forklift truck, pallet, ramp and platform. The aim of the system is to analyse the movements of beacons, trends and paths as well as to alert if a beacon leaves the selected area.

This solution improves work monitoring. Transmitter uses Bluetooth 4.0 technology, sends its ID up to a few dozen meters in real-time. Beacons can be used as a navigation where GPS signals do not work.

The above monitoring system:

  • shows the location of carts or platforms,
  • improves stock-taking (when placed on platforms or pallets),
  • allows for registration of its working time and location (if it is implemented as an employee ID).

Systems for collecting and visualising data collected from IoT sensors.

For the needs of heavy industry, we have created a system which collects data from air quality measurement sensors. These sensors, placed on drones, take samples and constantly analyse air constituents. Then sensors send the data to the system with telemetry data obtained from the samples.

The sensors can assess the amount of dust, smoke, heavy metals, oil mist and industrial dust contained in the air.

Monitoring system in the industry enables:

  • fast threat detection and air pollution measurement,
  • assessment of its results and the ways of preventing pollution,
  • tracking and measuring changes in a particular time unit.

The implementation of ERP systems and optimization of trade, warehouse, manufacturing and logistics processes

We have prepared individual, dedicated solutions for the recycling industry, which significantly rationalise the chain of processes in the logistics sector, flow of trade and accounting data.

Designed for construction, automotive, joinery firms. Allows personalisation, visualisation, estimation and order placement of a product by the final client.

Universal tool that allows the final client to adjust and personalise products delivered by different branches of industry. These solutions can be used for furniture, joinery, automotive, construction and other, similar firms. Our configurator is used for taking measurements, indicating a dependency between elements, personalisation of graphics as well as sharing its own CRM system (there is a possibility for integration with any system by using REST API).
